Highrise is a purchasable Condo. It can be bought at Horizon Condos for 175,000 Units.

Layout

Highrise is a penthouse on top of a large tower in the middle of a city; nearby towns can be seen in the background as well. It has two floors, as well as a 'basement' or lower area inside the tower. Many of Highrise's rooms are irregularly shaped. The tower's and penthouse's rooftops can be accessed and walked around, and a neighboring rooftop can also be accessed using an item such as a jetpack.

Unlike most Condos set in houses, this one does not contain a built-in kitchen or bathroom.

First Floor

Players first spawn in a small foyer room in the first floor. The foyer contains a door forward to the living room, a door to the right to the 1F room, and an elevator door to the lower area just behind the spawn point.

The 1F room is a small, rectangular room. It has 3 doorways; one to the foyer, one to the 1F hallway, and one to the stairway.

The living room has a large window looking out on the city and nearby ocean, as well as a U-shaped balcony connected to the 2F hallway, accessed through a small set of stairs in the room. To the left of the living room when walking in through the foyer door is an entrance to the rooftop, and to the right is the 1F hallway.

The 1F hallway contains an entrance to the 1F room, and at the end of it, entrances to the large room and second floor stairway.

The large room is a room similar in shape to a right triangle. In one corner of the room there is a hexagonal space with a marble pattern floor and tall windows called the tower. The large room has a balcony on the second floor, and a staircase leading up to it.

Second Floor

The second floor can be accessed through stairways in the 1F hallway, living room, and large room. The 1F hallway stairway leads to the pool room and large room balcony. The living room stairway leads to the living room's balcony, which contains a doorway to the pool room, as well as the entrance to the 2F hallway. The 2F hallway has a door to the 2F room, as well as a small balcony looking down on the 1F hallway and stairway.

The pool room is a large, rectangular room with a pool. There is a skylight similar in size and shape to the pool above it. On the opposite side of the room as the pool is a stairway that leads to the roof of the penthouse.

The 2F room is a room with an abnormal L shape and a tall ceiling. The top of one of its walls has a long, short window extending to either side of the wall.

Lower Area

The lower area is in the tower itself, somewhere around the center of it. It is one large room, with a rectangular wall in the middle of the room for the elevator used to enter it. The lower area has a tall ceiling, and all of the walls are windows looking out on the surrounding buildings.

• This Condo and Underwater both released in the same update.
• On Tower Unite's Trello page, this Condo was originally named 'Highrise Penthouse," but was shortened to just "Highrise" when it was released.
• The city and towns light up at night.
• There are triggers at a certain point that will teleport players to the spawn point if they fall off the tower.
  • If you go further than this point, by noclipping or otherwise, your location will be marked as "Breakin' The Law."
• There is a large tower far out in the ocean.
  • This tower is very similar to a version of the Plaza's tower that was used in Lobby 2, an older version of the Plaza.
