Courtyard Villa
Courtyard Villa is a purchasable Condo. It can be bought at Horizon Condos for 150,000 Units.
Layout
Courtyard Villa is a two-story Spanish villa with a courtyard on a large island.
Island
The villa is on the bottom left of the island. To the left of the villa is a small plateau, and to the right of it is a sports court and a lake, with a small island in the center.
To the north of the villa are two large plateaus with dirt ramps leading up to the top of them, as well as a long runway. There is also a winding path of stepping stones around the island connecting the areas together, as well as small lush forests spread across the island.
There is a beach surrounding the edges of the island, with three ramps on the left and north-right sides of the island, as well as near the villa, leading down to it.
Villa - First Floor
Players spawn on a patio which surrounds the villa, in front of the entryway arches. Past the arches is the courtyard, a large outdoor space in the center of the villa with a retractable pool. On the left side of the house is a wider area of the patio, on the right side is a fireplace, and on the backside is a small artificial waterfall.
The courtyard has nine doors that lead to areas in the first floor of the villa; 4 on the left, 1 in the center, and 4 on the right.
- The left doors lead to the left foyer, living room, and hallway stairs, which lead to the second floor hallway.
- The center door leads to the downstairs bedroom.
- The right doors lead to the right foyer, reception room, and kitchen/diner.
The left and right foyers are small rooms with two windows and doorways to the living room and reception room, respectively.
The living room and reception room are identical in size and shape. The living room has two doors to the patio. The reception room has one door, and four windows. Both rooms also have two doors and windows leading to the courtyard.
The living room has doorways leading to the left foyer and hallway stairs. The reception room has doorways leading to the right foyer and kitchen/diner.
The kitchen/diner has a kitchen with counters on the floor and walls, as well as spots to place a fridge and oven, as well as an empty space that could be used for dining. There is a large pantry connected to the dining area.
The hallway stairs leads to the upstairs hallway, and has a door to the downstairs bathroom.
Villa - Second Floor
The hallway stairs room leads to a small room in the 2nd floor. It has entryways to the upstairs hallway and courtyard balcony.
The upstairs hallway contains two windows looking down onto the courtyard, and doors to:
- A small bedroom
- A small study room
- A small beach view balcony
The courtyard balcony looks down on the courtyard and leads to:
- The master bedroom, which also has entrances to the master bedroom balcony and ensuite bathroom
- The upstairs bedroom

- Courtyard Villa is based on a real home featured in a now-deleted Luxe article which was later featured in a Segreto article that is still up as of October 2022.
