Underwater is a large Condo sold at Horizon Condos for 400,000 Units, featuring five underwater homes, platforms floating on the surface, and an open underwater landscape.

Layout

Underwater contains five underwater houses: One large central condo, and four smaller satellite condos on each corner of the map. Each house is accessed either through elevators rising up to floating platforms directly above each house, or through airlocks on the sea floor.

Underwater

The underwater is full of rocks and sea life, such as schools of fish, sea weed, and coral. 4 crashed planes and 2 sunken submarines can be found underwater as well.

Central Condo

The central condo has 3 floors: a basement and two higher floors. Each floor can be accessed using the central condo's elevator, and the 1st and 2nd floors are connected by a spiral staircase. The spiral staircase has a tube which, when interacted with, teleports you to the basement.

The basement has a pool and two airlocks. It also has four tubes that, when interacted with, teleport you to the satellite condos.

The first floor has one bathroom, and five other side rooms with windows looking out into the ocean. There are two long rooms, and four smaller ones.

The second floor has one bathroom, and five other side rooms. There is one long room, two medium, and two small.

Satellite Condos 1-4

All of the satellite condos are identical.

The satellite condos' first floor has a first floor with a central, circular room with a balcony looking down on it, as well as two side rooms and an elevator door. One of these side rooms contains the airlock. A tube wrapping around the spiral staircase leading to the second floor, when interacted with, teleports you to the central condo's basement.

The second floor has a balcony looking down on the central room, as well as a bathroom and small side room.

Trivia

• This Condo and Highrise both released in the same update.
• On Tower Unite's Trello page, this Condo was originally named "Underwater Home," but was shortened to just "Underwater" when it was released.
• There is a tree with a snorkel hidden underwater. Finding it will give you the "Tree" achievement.
  • The tree is a reference to the television series Spongebob SquarePants.
• There is a hatch hidden underwater. Finding it will give you the "Mysterious Hatch" achievement.
  • The hatch is a reference to the television series Lost.
• There are four pillars in a row hidden underwater. They have domes attached to their sides.
  • These pillars are a reference to the sonar fence in the television series Lost.
• Using an airlock in Underwater will grant you the achievement "Under Pressure".
  • You must do this in your own Underwater condo.
