Surfaces can be edited in a majority of Condo maps. Hundreds of condo materials can be applied to any editable surface, and they also support image links, like Canvases.
Surface Settings
Adjusts the scale of the surface material. Default is 10, can adjust from 0 to 100.
Offsets texture tiling. Only works with world align OFF.
Aligns the texture with the world rather than the surface. Only works with built-in materials. This effect is most noticeable on moving surfaces or Canvas primitives (where this option is also available), where the texture stays in place even as the item is moving.
Displays an image from the internet if a PNG or JPG link is pasted into the text box.
Condo Materials
A list of all condo materials available, categorized as they are in-game. Along with surfaces, these can also be used on Canvas primitives and boulders. Materials tagged "WA" support World Align.

- Celebrations Stripe Run Pattern used to have the appearance of Arcade Carpet 2 until an update changed its design.
- Arcade Carpet 2 was added long after the change, so its original design was unusable for the time between the change and the material's inclusion.
- Circles Carpet is an edited version of Nightclub Screen Wall 2.
- Garnish Carpet Neon was used in early iterations of the Warp Zone Arcade's interior design.
- Casino Carpet was the carpet used in the Tower Casino prior to Casino: Phase 2.
- Town Carpet, or at least a similar texture, seems to be used in Cardboard Castle.
