Condo is the default Condo. All players start out with it unlocked.

Layout

Condo is a large, modern house on a small island. It has 3 floors: one basement and two above-ground floors. There is also a deck outside which looks out on a small beach.

The first floor has a large living space, a bathroom, a kitchen, and a sliding door to the deck. The kitchen has a false wall which leads to the dock, an expansive room with an opening to the ocean for boats to drive in from.

The second floor has a master bedroom, walk-in closet, an extra room, a small garden with a pool, and an entrance to the deck.

The deck has a pool and staircase to the beach.

The roof of the condo can be built on, but cannot be accessed normally without using a jetpack or creating an entrance with items.

Trivia

• This condo was first introduced in GMod Tower's Lobby 2.
  • In GMT, the beach was instead a small inaccessible set of square planters, and each additional room (and the garden & deck) needed to be purchased with GMC, GMT's version of Units.
• A yacht may occasionally appear in the distance when night falls. (This is client side only.)
  • The yacht can consistently be spawned by erratically moving the Time of Day slider in Day/Night and Weather settings.
  • The yacht plays an instrumental version of the song 2am by William Reid, the composer of Tower Unite's soundtrack.
• In earlier versions of Tower Unite, Condo used to have a much smaller space to build in before running into invisible walls. Giant rocks were lined around these boundaries to mark them, which were removed when the invisible walls were pushed back.
• The Dock did not exist until update 0.16.0.0. Prior to the update, the condo's exterior was the same minus the Dock's doorway and window, leaving a large void in the interior space, part of which could be accessed via noclipping.
