In the My Condo section of your condo scoreboard is the Overview tab. It lets you change various general settings for your condo.
Options

Condo Title
You can change the title of your condo, which will appear in the condo server browser.
Join Permissions
You can change the permissions for players who can join:
- Singleplayer - Only you can join.
- Friends Only - All Steam friends can join (they have to join through the Steam overlay).
- Public - Anyone can join.
Opt in to PixelTail Moderation Backend
Any players banned from Global Chat will also be banned from your condo if this is turned on. Note that if you are banned from Global Chat, you will not be able to type in your condo's chat with this on.
Banned Players
This section allows you to ban players from visiting your condo. To ban players, type in their Steam Community URL or 64-bit Steam ID in the text box and click the Add button.
