The Plaza
"The ultimate place to meet and greet new friends!" - The Directory
The Plaza is the central hub of Tower Unite. It is an expansive resort featuring a variety of outdoor locations and enterable buildings . It is connected to the Game Worlds and Condos via the Game World Ports and Condo Hub respectively. Stores in the Plaza sell placeable items and cosmetics in exchange for Units or other currencies.
In addition to the Plaza's enterable buildings, players can fish in select bodies of water and random events and minigames occur at various locations. Seasonal events decorate the Plaza and activate event-exclusive quests.
Notable Locations
Tower
The tower is the Plaza's tallest and central landmark. Players spawn in its subway station, and the first floor Tower Lobby has entrances to the Main Plaza Square, great outdoors, and stores. The Condo Hub and Project 12 rooftop bar are also located in/on the tower and can be accessed via the elevators in the Tower Lobby.
Main Plaza Square
The Main Plaza Square is the center for all of the Plaza's minigames and indoor hangout spaces. It is located directly in front of the tower.

The Great Outdoors
The great outdoors is a label broadly given to the Plaza's sparse, natural areas, the largest of which being just behind the tower. The great outdoors is much less dense than other areas of the Plaza, but still has a variety of notable locations.
Notable areas include:
- The minigame arena
- Fishing ponds
- Beaches, where the Treasure From Sea event occurs
- A pool, waterslides and lazy river
- Beach houses

Trivia
- The Plaza is currently on its third major iteration throughout GMod Tower and Tower Unite.
- The current Plaza is named Lobby 3. Lobby 1 was introduced when GMod Tower launched (now available in TU as the Resort condo). Lobby 2 was introduced to GMod Tower in 2015 and expanded upon in Tower Unite until 2019.
- There are 10 plushies hidden around the Plaza.
- If the player finds them all, they will earn the Stuffed Discovery achievement.
- When an event starts, various teleporters around the Plaza will rise out of the ground.
- The Plaza used to be considerably larger than it is now, but was shrunken by 15% in update 0.8.3.0, then shrunken again by 10% in update 0.16.8.0.
