Theater
The Theater (sometimes spelled in-game as the Theatre) is a 2-screen multiplex that allows all visitors to watch synchronized YouTube videos, as well as songs on SoundCloud, on large media players. It is located in the main Plaza square, near the east stores.
Public Rooms
The theater has 2 large public rooms. Each room has 5 rows of 9 seats and a huge screen.
Private Rooms
There are 4 small, rentable private rooms on either side of the theater entrance. Each private room has 2 rows of 3 seats, a large screen, a control panel, and a hidden bar. Friends of the private room's owner can join uninvited, and anyone else needs to knock first.
Drinks can be ordered at the bar, like at Volt Nightclub. Anyone in the room can drink ordered drinks. The bar also has a bottle of painkillers to remove the drunk effect.
Private rooms will remain rented as long as the room's owner stays inside the theater building, meaning players can enter the theater lobby and public rooms without the private theater closing.

Trivia
- Theater and theatre are used interchangeably mainly due to some developers living in Europe, while others live in the United States.
- The flashlight, as well as most weapons, cannot be used while in all theater rooms.
- The seats in the private theater rooms are slippery, causing players to slide when on top of them.
- There are two champagne bottles on the top shelf of the bar in the private theater rooms. These can't be ordered, and aren't available for purchase as Condo items, either.
- There is a gift basket with a couple of cards and bottles on the top bar shelf in the private theater rooms.
- This is the VIP Basket, which was originally given to GMod Tower players for donating $15 or more. Anyone who received this item in GMT also got it as an exclusive item for Tower Unite.
