Befriend All the Halloween Characters (Quest)

Befriend All Halloween Characters is a quest that only appears during the Halloween event. It is located in the Plaza.
Quest
To start the quest, talk to a Halloween character that appears during the Halloween Character Visits. To befriend one, you just need to talk to them one time.
There are ten characters you need to befriend. They are:
- Reggie (a floating, burning cow skull)
- Charles (a jack-o-lantern with eyes)
- Rachael (a floating skull wearing a cloak)
- Spooksby (a fancy ghost)
- Barney (a cool banana)
- King Arthritis (a skeleton in a cauldron)
- Cerebrum Gigantus (a floating brain)
- Luceyefer (a demonic, floating eyeball)
- Gabreyeal (an angelic, floating eyeball)
- Dire Chad (a large spider)
One of these characters will spawn randomly in every Halloween Character Visit.
Rewards
Once you befriend all of the Halloween characters, you will earn the Haunted Friendships achievement which rewards you with 10,000 Units and 2,000 Halloween EXP.
