Doing anything in Tower Unite will award you with experience points (EXP). Each activity in the game has its own EXP bar that is filled by playing it. EXP is typically earned either when you get a Unit payout, or on a short timer.
Earning EXP will award you with milestones and badges. Most games do not give rewards past either 500,000 or 1,000,000 EXP, but there is no limit to the amount of EXP you can earn.
